Breathe..

When life is stressful it is easy to forget our breathing. Taking 2-3 mins a day focused on breathing, (in through our nose - out through our mouth) can give us control over our anxiety, depression and fears. 

Take a few moments every day to be still and just breathe. Relax your muscles and mind. Allow peace to flow through your body.

Absolutely 💯 – this is such a great grounding and centering practice. Focusing on the senses 1 by 1 is also a great practice.
